LWS USP Chainsaw Slide Cutting Service

Upgrade your HK USP 9mm slide with the LWS Chainsaw treatment. This is a precision slide cutting service performed on client-provided slides. We add aggressive top serrations, beveled side edges, and optional XOST porting. All cutting is done in-house by LWS machinists to exacting tolerances.

Standard HK USP 9mm only
Not compatible with Compact or Expert models

What’s Included

CNC-machined Chainsaw style top serrations and beveled edges
Optional XOST porting – if selected, you must include your OEM barrel so porting can be applied. A matching top port will be added to the slide.
Optional optic cut – not included by default. Select an optic footprint from the dropdown if desired.
Optional refinishing – add a coating option at checkout if you want us to refinish the slide before return.

Important Notes

This is a slide cutting service only. You must ship your USP 9 slide to LWS.
Shipping selection at checkout refers to return shipping only.
Coating is not required, but highly recommended. Slides returned without coating will be in a raw machined or media-blasted finish and may rust, especially under optics. Add a coating option to your cart if you want the slide refinished before return.
ACRO or other optics shown in photos are for reference only and are not included.

How to Send Your Slide

Purchase the Chainsaw slide cutting service and any desired options (optic cut, XOST porting, coating).
Follow the Info & Shipping Instructions.
Ship your slide to the address provided. We’ll notify you as soon as your project arrives and again when it ships back.

Why Add a Coating?

Raw machined steel can rust quickly, especially under an optic or around port cuts. A Nitride or Cerakote finish protects your slide and ensures long-term corrosion resistance.
